Yizkor Book

The annual Yizkor book for the four Yizkor services this year will be re-printed prior to Yom Kippur and will be used through next Shavuot.

For examples of the format, or to see how your listings appeared previously, see the Yizkor Book 5784. Please note that you must renew your listing at $18 per name for it to appear in this year's book. Names that are perpetuated in the Bernard Leo Sorkin Memorial Center will be included in the booklet at no additional cost.

If you want to add a name to the booklet, or correct an existing listing, please use the form below. In order to facilitate timely printing, please submit the form before September 26, 2024.

Hebrew names should be transliterated into English. Please click here to see the 2023-24 booklet if you need examples. 

Choose the number of names you wish to list. If you want the same names to reappear exactly as they were listed in the 5785 book you do not need to re-enter them; you can just check the "Use the same name as last year" box(es). (If you want some but not all of the same names please include the English names so we know which ones to replicate from last year.)

If you want to correct a listing or add a new one, please fill out both boxes for the names.
