Due to the current health safety issue, this year will be done differently than in years past. We will have multiple minyanim which will take place both inside and outside (under a tent). The number of minyanim and start times will be determined based on the results of this form.

Note: Please be aware that answering the question about time is not a sign up for a minyan at that time. Rather, this question will help us determine at which times minyanim will begin.
